General Terms and Conditions

Your use of and browsing in the Site are at your risk. Neither WCP.me nor its affiliated entities, nor any of its agencies, nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the Site, is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages or losses arising out of your access to, or use of, the Site.

WCP.me also assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damage to, or virus that may infect, your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of browsing in the Site or your downloading of any materials.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless WCP.me Ltd, its affiliated entities, and any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering the Site, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, shareholders, licensors and representatives, from and against all claims, losses, costs and expenses (including without limitation attorneys fees) arising out of (a) your use of, or activities in connection with, the Site, the services, or the software; (b) any violation of these terms of use by you or through your account; or (c) any allegation that any user content that you make available or create through the Site, the services, or the software infringes or otherwise violates the copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy or other intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

No purchase necessary. You can enter by sending your name, telephone number, email address and postal address to: M Squared Communications, 128 Trevelyan Road, London SW17 9LW.  Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

All entries become the property of M Squared Communications, who assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the web site during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by M Squared Communications on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any web site, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. 

By entering the competition and accepting these terms and conditions, entrants consent to opt-in and receive further email correspondence from M Squared Communications

A member of the M Squared marketing team will make the draw and their decision will be final and binding. The prizewinners will be notified by e-mail within 1 (one) day of the draw. If a selected entrant cannot be reached, or if a selected entrant does not meet all of the contract conditions, another entrant will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

This contest is not open to those who are employees of M Squared Communications or WCP.me Ltd, and their respective advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their respective immediate families and those domiciled with said families.

The right is reserved to terminate or withdraw this contest at any time. M Squared Communications accepts no responsibility if the competition is cancelled or delayed in any way. M Squared Communications accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed or damaged entries. M Squared Communications reserves the right alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.  The competition closes on 12 January 2012 and the winner will be selected on 15 January 2012

Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way. Entrants agree to abide by the Contest Rules and the decisions of the independent judging panel, which are final.
